From frisbee fields to mountaintop proposals in Japan… Abby & Walden’s love story has been a decade in the making.

They met through mutual friends, reconnected while coaching Northwestern’s women’s ultimate frisbee team, and knew they’d found “the one” while traveling across Japan — where patience, courage, and shared adventures sealed the deal.

Walden proposed overlooking their favorite city, Takamatsu, and now they’re celebrating surrounded by family, friends, and the people who’ve cheered them on every step of the way.

From their choreographed first dance to heartfelt toasts, this day will be filled with joy, connection, and the feeling of being there.
